Our relationships with our capital partners allow us to undertake projects, large and small, in multiple markets. Whether using our own capital or utilizing more creative capital structures, such as joint ventures, our relationships allow us to perform quickly and effectively on most any project.
Building close relationships with our tenants has been a key to our success, especially in connection with larger multi-tenant retail and office projects. BPG has completed projects involving innovative renovation and leasing strategies which rely on successful tenant mixes and merchandising plans.
